- Pamela Rice, president, VivaVegie Society, sponsoring organization, Web and graphic designer; author, 101 Reasons Why I'm a Vegetarian
- Roberta Schiff, hospitality (monthly dinners in her home for active volunteers, on the house!); heads the Mid-Hudson Vegetarian Society
- Lisa Lindblom, animal rights advocate, school teacher, wildlife rehabilitator, runs a feral cat spay/neuter program.
- Lewis Klee provides legal counsel to the Veggie Pride Parade committee, pro bono. He maintains a practice in Brooklyn and can be reached at 718-935-0582 or lewis.klee@gmail.com
- Cheryl Hill is no longer in New York City to attend meetings. But her rock band will be playing at the post-parade rally in Washington Squrae Park and we consider her an active though remote member of the committee.
- Rahul Agarwal, computer engineer, student, NYU.
The organizers have been meeting monthly since May 2007.
