• World Day of Action Against McDonald's. Target the McDonald's across the street from the Empire State Building. Their statue of Ronald is great for photo opts. We'll also get the benefit of the huge Fifth Avenue crowds.

• Greenwich Village Halloween Parade. Join VivaVegie in this incredibly effective venue to spread the veg word: slogan? "Respect the Dead. Don't eat them."
